How Live Portrait Sketches Work
Start initially to inquire for availability, we discuss details, and then the painting magic unfolds during the event.
During The Event
Guests approach Nicole's illustration table to be sketched live for 7-8 minutes or they can return later to pick up the sketch. Portraits are painted on highest quality watercolour materials and paper.
Event Customization
The portraits can be customized for your company in addition with colours to match your brand, and event date and name stamp can be added as an option.
After The Event
Guests leave with their stylized portrait protected in a plastic sleeve to remember your event for a lifetime.

Approx 7-8 portraits of guests can be painted and completed per hour. These portraits take a bit longer than fashion full-body sketches as there is more focus on the likeness and facial features of each individual.
Yes, if you prefer full body I can do that instead which focused more on poses and fashion. Check out more info on full body sketches here.
I will arrive atleast 1 hour prior to to setup. I would need a table, chair and adequate lighting. The table lays out the paintings for guests to pickup once completed.
The guest illustration is on a voluntary basis so not everyone may volunteer to approach to get painted.

I prefer to paint one person per painting, but could do up to 2.
There is a personalized date and event name stamp on the portrait painting. In addition, the background colour of each portrait can be changed to match your companies brand colours.
Yes, I’d love to do “themed portraits”! Superhero, Lego, Minecraft, Halloween, Western, Goth themed, and more. If you have any fun ideas for customization of the portraits, I am all ears! Please let me know in the form above.
I am based in Nova Scotia but typically can serve Atlantic Canada and open to travel. Please indicate your location in the form above to receive a customized quote. All quotes are inclusive of travel expenses such as flight and accomodation so you do not have to worry about separate fees.
