Frida Kahlo Portrait workshop
Date: May & June, 2025 Where: Mexico City, MX
Students learned to draw and paint Frida Kahlo portrait using watercolour. In addition, they learned about some of her most memorable artworks and why she became so iconic in art history.
We first warmed up painting leaves, 3 different types of flowers, petals and roses. Afterwards, they learned step- step how to paint her portrait from painting skintone to hair and finally, framed their artwork to take home.
