Guest Illustrations

Live guest illustration is part of the atmosphere, where guests watch the process unfold, conversations start and your wedding becomes that much more memorable.
Guest illustrations include the following:
- 5”x7” inch illustrations.
- Painted on highest quality watercolour paper.
- Sealed in plastic envelope.
- 10-12 guests painted per hour.
- Personalized initials wedding date stamp available.
How It Works
Wedding painting starts initially to book your date and discuss details, and then the painting magic unfolds during the wedding.
Before Your Wedding
Fill out the form below with your wedding date to assess availability and secure date. At least two weeks prior to your wedding, there is a scheduled call to discuss logistics of the venue.
During Your Wedding
Nicole arrives early to set up the table display. Guests line up to have their portraits painted. They watch in real time or enjoy their evening and return later to pick-up their personalized artwork ready to take home.
After Your Wedding
If you also wanted a custom bride and groom wedding commission, this will be completed in studio and mailed out after.

$160/per hour
*Please note there is a minimum of 4 hours required.
In order to secure your date, a 50% deposit and signed agreement are required and then remainder 1 month prior to wedding. Fees for travel may be additional. Please inquire today.

Approx 10-12 guests can be painted and completed per hour.
I can fit up to 5 people on one 5″x7″ illustration.
I will arrive atleast 1 hour prior to to setup. I would need a table, chair and adequate lighting. The table lays out the paintings for guests to pickup once completed. Access to a nearby outlet (if possible but not necessary). Two weeks prior to wedding, we will have a phone call to discuss any other details in preparation.
The guest illustration is on a voluntary basis so not everyone may volunteer to approach to get painted. I paint 10-12 guests per hour.
Yes! I can paint from very thin to curvy while making everyone look flattering.
Yes, watercolour can be mixed with red and yellow and purple to create various different hues and mimic light to dark skin tones.
The personalized initials wedding date stamp is a stamp to go on the bottom right hand side of the illustration and includes the bride and groom’s last names as well as the wedding date in cursive writing. The stamp is permanent and will not smear. This stamp can be added on as a extra service for an additional $150.
Yes, I could do a watercolour wedding painting commission after the event for you. The size can either be 11″x14″ (small), 16″x20″ (medium), 20″x24″ (large) sizes. Please inquire for commission pricing and to discuss your desired painting.
